Course summary
At the request of Ponce Health Sciences University, Virgin Island (PHSU), this program proposal was developed to provide strategic support focused on faculty development. The main goal is to enhance the competencies of the academic team as medical educators, particularly those who will form part of the future School of Medicine at the British Virgin Islands campus, preparing them for the challenges that lie ahead.
This objective also aims to strengthen the role of these educators as medical professionals and ensure the academic quality of the future school.
